NYC Diesel is an Indica-dominant hybrid in its effects, but Sour Diesel and Chewdawg for example are Sativa-dominant. Although overall the effects are mainly indica, there is some Sativa buzz for sure.
A firecracker edible is a cracker or cookie which is covered in weed Nutella or cannabutter (or anything, really) which is put in the oven inside some foil and then eaten once cooled. They get you incredibly high and you can use trimmings, already vaped bud, or whatever part of the plant matter that you have.
In order for your weed edibles to work properly at max potency, you are going to want to heat your cannabis up first (decarb). This is regardless of whether or not you’re eventually going to cook it. So that means, even if you intend on baking a cake, you must first grind up your weed and put it in the oven. Follow the video guide above to understand this completely
You learn something new all the time. You could have been using vaped bud to make edibles all this time. Maybe you didn’t know this, maybe you did. The fact is, AVB (already vaped bud) is a perfectly decarb base to make practically any edible you can think of.
Best firecracker recipes
Take your AVB or your decarboxylated weed, and mix it in with something nice. You can use peanut butter or Nutella for a sweet tooth or cook it in butter. You just need something which is THC soluble: alcohol or fat. Coconut oil is the best form of fat for weed and then you can cook anything with it.
Once you have your mix, you can top it, bake it, slurp it, or just eat it out of the pan. DON’T USE TOO MUCH. This is important, as it’s easy to eat way too much and then think that you’re dying and completely ruin the experience. You can either put them in the oven at something like 150C degrees for 20 minutes or you can stick firecrackers into the microwave for a few minutes. This is pure to make them taste better and isn’t a necessary part to contribute to a better high.
It’s really just as simple as taking AVB or decarbed weed and blending it together with Nutella. You can eat it straight after that and it will get you incredibly high. You do not need to decarb hash if you have some hash just simply dissolve it straight into fat or oil, and then use it as normal.
How to make thc peanut butter or peanut butter weed cookies
The same concept as before: simply decarb your weed, blend it with peanut butter, and then cover some cookies in the mixture. Put a small amount of weed in to start – let’s say 0.08g per cookie to start off with. And this is probably a big dose! Ensure you don’t overdo it.
Once you’ve got your cookie-peanut-buttery goodness, enclose them in foil and put them in the oven at a relatively low temperature and wait for them to get gooey. Enjoy.
How to make cannabutter with trimmings
Simply follow the steps outlined before with trimmings. Decarb the weed and then cook it over a low heat stovetop with the butter. Don’t burn the butter. Coconut oil is a great alternative because it doesn’t burn but be careful not to burn the weed or you will have a burnt taste. It has to be well decarbed, so leave it for longer than you’d think. And voila, cannabutter.

Here’s how to make firecrackers
Let’s start with what you need to pull off an amazing firecracker recipe.
First, you’ll need some high-quality flower. If you’re making firecrackers just for yourself, about a half gram (0.5 g) should do. Use more if you’re planning to make enough to share.
Next, you need your graham crackers. Nabisco or HoneyMaid work best due to their higher fat content. Spice things up with the cinnamon version!
Finally, you need peanut butter. Go for the natural stuff with the higher amounts of fat. The higher (the fat), the better! Nutella also works well in combination with the peanut butter or on its own.
That’s why firecrackers are so simple to make. The firecrackers weed easily bonds to the fats in the peanut butter, eliminating many of the steps needed to make other weed edibles.
And don’t forget the tools: a toothpick for stirring, aluminum foil for baking, and an oven with an accurate temperature control. Toaster ovens work well, especially the digital kind.

In order for this firecrackers weed recipe to work, you have to activate the THC and other cannabinoids in your buds before you eat them. That means using heat to decarboxylate your cannabis.
For the first-timer, figuring out how to make firecrackers weed decarboxylated can be a little challenging. But really, the process is simple. Just remember, low and slow.
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees F (120 C) and wait about 10 minutes for it to get warm. While you’re waiting, break up your nugs by hand or coarsely grind them.
Next, put the weed in the oven. Set a timer for about 15 minutes. That’s plenty of time for a decarb, so don’t go any longer. Heating too long can ruin your weed.
After 15 minutes, set your weed to the side and let cool.
Assemble your weed firecrackers
Now, heat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 C). As it gets to temp, spread a thick layer of peanut butter (and/or Nutella) on one side of each graham cracker.
Pro Tip: the fat in the peanut butter is what absorbs the THC from your weed, so the more fat the better. That’s why you should really spread it on thick.
Now, evenly sprinkle your weed on the peanut butter-covered crackers. Now’s the time to use that toothpick to stir and fold your weed into the peanut butter.
Mix your weed in very thoroughly, so that all of it is covered with fatty peanut butter. Don’t rush this step.
To finish assembling your firecrackers, add a second peanut butter and covered cracker on top and sandwich them together.
Here’s how to make firecrackers the right way
At this point, lots of people will simply toss the firecracker into the oven and bake it. But that’s not the best approach.Instead, wrap your firecrackers in foil. Wrap them up completely, like you would if you were cooking something over a campfire. This will lock all the good stuff in and make sure no THC escapes!Now, go ahead and put your foil wrapped firecracker into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Cool Down!
This last part is the best. Giver your firecrackers time to cool down and remove them from their foil wrappers.Smells delicious, right? Of course it does, it’s weed and peanut butter (and maybe cinnamon and chocolate).
Finally, eat your firecracker! They’re so good, it’s easy to get carried away and eat the whole batch. But make sure you wait at least a half hour to 45 minutes to see how all that firecrackers weed is hitting you before diving into another.
I did this but used melted milk chocolate and added marshmallows and used Graham crackers great alternative if you’re allergic to peanuts.
