- 2 cups of your favorite vanilla yogurt
- 4 tablespoons of cream of coconut
- 2-3 tablespoons of medicated coconut oil**
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons coconut extract
And if you do not like the taste of coconut, then you are more than welcome to use any substitute.
Let’s get started
There are actually only four easy steps you need to follow to get yourself on your way to enjoying your popsicles, and those are as follows
- Place all of your ingredients into your blender
- To puree them until they are smooth.
- Pour them into Popsicle molds and then
- Freeze them.
And you are done! Once you are sure that your popsicles are nice and frozen, you can take them out of their mold and enjoy them! There has never been a simpler way to create and awesome medicated treat that you can enjoy on a hot summer day.
Medicated coconut oil
What you will need
- 2 cups of coconut oil
- 1 ounce of medical marijuana
Making some medicated coconut oil for you to cook with is easy! All you have to do is place some coconut oil and cannabis in a pan, and simmer for 20 or so minutes, once you are done with that you will separate the leftover plant matter from the oil with a strainer. Make sure to get every last drop out of the plant matter so you do not waste anything.
You want to keep the heat low so that you do not mess with the THC levels of your cannabis. There have been a few studies that show that boiling cannabis can eliminate a lot of the THC, which can ruin it for cooking or anything else. So it is best to keep an eye on your cannabis while it is simmering.
Ahh, summertime in quarantine! A staycation in your backyard or living room can be a nice getaway with the right ingredients! Get your kiddie pool out and grab those sunglasses because now more than ever, a nice infused popsicle is just what we need to relax. Follow the recipes to a T or mix and match your infused drinks to make the perfect pop ratios! We know that whatever you create will uplift your tastebuds and your mood!
Before you get started, let’s make sure you are set up for success. Here are some game-changing popsicle tips:
No mold? No problem! You can get creative and use other things like silicone muffin tins, dixie cups, or an ice cube tray.
Soak the sticks in water for 15 minutes while you are preparing the puree for your pops. This helps prevent the sticks from floating or moving around.
Set your pops free! To loosen your pops from your mold once they are frozen, run the outside of the mold under warm water. This should slightly melt the outermost areas, making it easier to free your pops!
Dosage: The amount of THC or CBD your pop contains will depend on the size of the mold you use. A good rule of thumb is to keep track of the total amount you put in the recipe and then divide it by the number of pops you made.
Storage: Unless you plan to eat all the pops at once, you may want to store them. Tupperware or a gallon size ziplock bag works well, but it’s a good idea to separate each pop with a layer of parchment or wax paper to prevent them from sticking together.
